For years, we have been passionately committed to projects that sustainably change the lives of children and youth. We have experienced that even small, targeted steps are often enough to help them forget the harsh daily reality of the township for a moment and open up new perspectives. The trust and the beaming faces on the ground are our greatest motivation.

Why we work differently

The hardship in Cape Town’s townships is often unimaginably great. That is why one thing is incredibly important to us: we are there on the ground ourselves. Through our base in South Africa, we build close, personal relationships with our partners, projects, and over 60 sponsored children. We choose every project with great care to help exactly where support is needed most.

Our focus: Provision and education

We firmly believe that, together, we can fundamentally improve living conditions. In doing so, we focus on three pillars:

• Basic provisions: Securing daily meals (e.g., through our two soup kitchens).

• Educational opportunities: Access to creches, daycares, and schools (such as our "HIT School" in Manenberg).
